ESPN has released their annual ESPNU 150, the site's list of the country's top 150 players. Several Arkansas prospects made the list, including a trio from inside the Natural State.
Representing the state of Arkansas on the list, Springdale natives, Kiehl Frazier(#39), Brey Cook(#40), and Mitch Smothers(#84). Frazier committed to Auburn over the weekend and Smothers became Arkansas seventh commitment on Tuesday. Cook is expected to make his announcement sometime during the month of June. All three have been selected to play in the Under Armour All-American game.
Defensive Jadeveon Cloweney of South Carolina took the top spot and Florida State commit Cortez Davis was the final name to make the cut. Also just barely making the list were Arkansas recruits, linebacker A.J. Johnson(#148) and defensive back Charles Jackson(#149). The highest SEC verbals on the list is LSU commitments Anthony Johnson(#2) and La'el Collins(#9).
LSU and Alabama led the SEC with five verbals on the list, followed by Georgia at four. Florida and Auburn both have three players chosen with Arkansas and Kentucky having one apiece.
